Here I Go: Hi. My name is Chihiro. It used to be Sen, but that was when I was in the spirit world. A lot has happened since I first went there... I guess I can tell you about it, but you have to promise not to tell anyone, okay?

So, my parents and I were on our way in the car to our new home. I didn't want to move, but they didn't listen to me. I was really sad, because I would be going to a different school and leaving behind all my friends.

But Dad decided to take a shortcut. I knew we were lost, but he didn't listen! Finally we got to this weird tunnel thing and guess what? My parents wanted to go in. I said there was no way I was going into that creepy tunnel, and they left without me! So I had to go with them- I didn't wanna be alone! But it was a good thing I did go.

We came out onto a field and up some stairs and stuff, and into this creepy little town. Then my parents found this food shop with all this gross- looking food and just started eating it like crazy! They wouldn't stop and I kept trying to get them to leave because I had a bad feeling about that place. They wouldn't listen though. I soon found out why- they were turned into pigs! I ran away trying to get out of the town but all of a sudden I started to disappear! It was really scary.

Then Haku came. His full name is Kohaku and he is the spirit of the Kohaku river. He gave me a little bit of food and told me that I'd disappear if I didn't eat it. I didn't want to, but I listened to him. He told me I had to get a job at the spirits' bath house- I found out I was in the spirit world- and I didn't want to but it was the only way for me to be able to save my parents.

So much happened while I was in the spirit world. Haku and I became best friends, and I met a lot of other people too. Like Yubaba, the witch who ran the bath house, and her twin sister, Zeniba, who was actually really nice and helped me in my journey. Or like No-Face or Lin.

I almost didn't make it back. When you work for Yubaba, she takes your name and gives you another one. Mine was Sen. If I forgot my real name, Chihiro, I wouldn't be able to return to the human world! Luckily Haku was there to help me. Yubaba had taken his name, too, and he didn't remember who he really was until....

I broke the curse. Haku realized who he was, and I could go back to the human world with my parents. When I crossed the bridge back into the human world, my parents found me and didn't remember anything from being there. We all went back through the tunnel together, and even though I wanted to look back and take one last look at the spirit world before we left for good, I knew I couldn't.

The strangest thing happened when we returned- the car was covered in dust! I wonder....
