Here I Go: Well hiya! I'm Kiki. I'm a witch! Oh, you on't know about witches? Well, there's a few of us around...my mom was one... and she taught me everything I know. As a baby she would bring me on her broomstick and let me watch as she brewed potions in our kitchen. I sure did love the flying though! When I learned to fly all by myself, you couldn't find me on the ground longer than necessary. I loved the way the wind blew in my hair and of course how I could soar over the land while people watched in amazement.

I trained as a witch at home until I turned 13. When a witch is 13, it's customary for her to leave home and live on her own for a year. Boy, I was so excited! Jiji, my cat and my best friend, was less excited than I, and wanted to stay home. He was such a scare-dy cat. I told him he worried too much and that it was going to be great. We hopped a train (that had cows in it; sorry cows!) and we found a beautiful island city named Koriko that I knew I just had to go to!

So, the island city wasn't anything like my hometown. There were so many cars and people! Some weren't very nice, like Jiji had to point out of course, and Ji wanted to go back home. I almost wanted to too, until we met this lovely lady at a bakery. I delivered a pacifier for her, and when she saw my flying abilities, she was enthralled. Her name was Osono and she was the sweetest woman I had ever met! In return for me delivering stuff for her, she let me stay in a room she had!

While all the delivering was giving me practice on my broom, someone else took notice of my flying. A very hyper boy named Tombo. I have to admit, I didn't really like him at first (but he knew that), but I eventually got to liking him (despite him having awful friends) and his adventurousness. Once his sense of adventure got him into trouble though. There was a giant blimp in Koriko that Tombo was so fascinated by, and the day he decided to go to it, was the day he got blown away by it, hanging by only a rope! I had to gather all of my strength and concentrate into getting my magical powers back (I had lost them earlier from being upset), and fly through the heavy wind and save him.

Now me and Tombo are still the best of friends! I even take him out on my broom, and he loves it. I'm currently trying to help him build a bike that can fly, but I'm not much help (not that he really minds). Oh, I think I like him!
