Here I Go: Whaaat?! You didn't really think that was it, did you? Ooooh, Wonder-Boy tosses the big bad villain into a river of angry souls to be lost for all eternity, saves the young maiden and lives happily ever after. Hate to break it to you buddy but there is a whole lot more to the story than that. You can't just "destroy" the Lord of the Dead. I mean, really, SOMEONE needs to be in charge of the Underworld. Souls gotta barter and beg and plead and I couldn't let down my dear Olympian siblings now, by slacking off as much as they do.

But really, really, an eternity of damnation gives you time to think. Think, reflect, plot a nice healthy dose of revenge a la Hercules' head on a plate. No thanks to the most incompetent minions to ever grace the cosmos of course. From a strictly business standpoint it was a greater cost to keep them around and clean up their messes than it would have been to simply do their jobs myself. And Meg. Meg, Meg, Meg the feisty little rebel. Loads of fun at first but she just got irritating. Falling in love with the worthless son-of-a-god. Ha. Ha ha ha. Having to kill her was really a drag... Yeah, no, I lied. More like a crowning moment until that brat got in the way. One day off of heroing. Come on, how hard was that. The gods do it every day. Clearly, clearly this one had his mother's genes. Fathers brains though because now that he's Mr. Mortal, reaping his soul is at the top of my to-do list. In fact, I've only got one other item on the agenda.

See, I thought it might be nice to work along side some capable hands for once in my life. People who were also wronged by the hands of our "beloved heroes". I made a few allies before pulling myself out of the river- ade a few deals- and so poof- I really hope that didn't inconvenience any fates or anyone. Poof. Whoops. See, with no one running the underworld, people are just popping out like bunnies. You gonna do something about that Zeus? Herc? Ah well. Poof. Obviously, there's just no control over this place at all. Oh, ooh. I am really, really enjoying this.
